About Us Asciende

We are company specialized on advising, consulting and human organizational development coaching. Our team of Consultants and facilitators has extensive experience at service industry and hospitality training, which allows updating and making the processes more efficient in order to be at the forefront with products and services. We also offer staff training on a continuous and specialized way, through the constructivist approach to capitalize on the human factor of your company.

Our facilitators, consultants and advisors are experienced national and international level, covering the service industry and hospitality training in places like parks, dolphin parks, hotels, shops, home decor stores, shipping companies and restaurants, among others. We have implemented quality systems in different countries like the Dominican Republic, Bahamas, the United States and Mexico, all through consulting and human organizational development coaching.
